"What should I do if I spray 3M Dust Remover on my skin?
Should liquid spray come into contact with your skin鈥?wash the affected area with soap and water. If irritation occurs鈥?get medical attention."
I'd try washing your baby and if it continues see a doctor.|||The baby is probably having a reaction to the spray. It should be washed off so the spray won't hurt the baby more. I think all that can happen if its only on the body is just make the skin irritated. If the baby would get it in the eyes or mouth that would be a bigger issue. You'd want to wash the baby's eyes with water and same with the mouth because if you didn't see the baby spray it, the baby could have gotten it into its eyes or mouth too.
