What is the best stain remover for set in stains?

I went to a zombie themed party and got this cute little white dress full of red water color paint. i used shout stain remover and washed it with bleach, but not all of the red came out. now i have a set in stain =( what is the best way to remove the stain completely?


thanks for your help!|||Take the dress and go to the kitchen sink. Pour 91% isoproply alcohol over the stain. Do this a few times. Rinse with cold water. If it's still there then pour hydrogen peroxide over it and add some baking soda. Scrub with an old toothbrussh and then add white vinegar. Let it bubble and rinse with cold water. If the stain is still there try water mixed with clorox. and rinse.
