My legs feel really smooth after using it, but they itch alot now, and they have red bumps all over :( my legs are slightly red too.. what should I do? It didnt even take off all the hair! should I take a hot shower and shave with my razor? should I just put lotion on it and wait it out? Help! My legs are irritated right now. I will never use that hair remover again! o_o
PS; I shave my armpits every day, but I still have little hairs and a dark shadow all over! What do I do to make it all go away? I want it to be completely neat. I shave in all directions, but that still doesnt help! x_x suggestions?|||puts on lots of moisturizer for today, you dont want to be shaving your legs when they are all ready irritated.|||i use veet also... and yup it doesn't remove all your hair! oh and my skin irritates too.
DON'T shave it will make it worst. AND DON'T put lotion or moisturizer it will burn!!!
get a wet towel(cold water)and put it on your legs for the red skin to go away.
and about your armpit start waxing them that will remove all your hair and it makes them smooth with no bumps.
buy skin lightener for the the dark armpits.|||you are having an allerfic reaction to the hair remover...it is a caustic chemical and many people do react badly to it...watch it carfully and seek medical attention if they swell up badly or you have trouble breathing.
BUT-otherwise homecare is best. Take some benedryl (it will help stop the itching and reduce the inflmmation). Asprin or tylenol too for the pain if you wish. Take a COOL (cool reduces inflammation) bath with alka seltzer tablets in it (6 packets which is 12 tablets). You could also take a cool shower instead. DO NOT shave for a while until all the irratation is gone. Lanacane ointment numbs the area and will stop the itching. alternatively use and unscented creme like cold cream. milk to moisturize te area may help-use whole or buttermilk to and use a wash cloth soaked in at to apply it to your legs. cold is best! sleep with you legs out of the covers and possibly with a fan blowing on them to keep them cool. aloe vera cream will be helpful as well if you have something liek that or even a aloe plant (use the gunk inside teh leave to spread on your legs).
sorry my tips are kinda haphazard...i just wrote them a they came to me!
EDIT-as far as you pits...i'd suggest waxing....also i dont use shaving cream and i use a venus razor so you mighjt try using a different razor, no cream (just water), or use conditioner instead of cream to see about a closer shave.
