Washed clothes with red, now theyre pink, is that colour remover sold in canada?

Rit Dye Fabric Treatment - Powder Color Remover Is this sold in canada? And is it good for white clothes that have some black or other colours on them? Like will it totally take those colours out too? I'm gonna leave my clothes in a bucket of water untill I get an answer from here, cuz I heard you cant let em dry.
