How do I get bright red hair dye off my skin?

I dyed my hair today, and its a bright red, like how Emilie Autumns hair was. I have it on my forehead, ears, wrist ( it looks like i cut my wrist ): ), neck, and cheek. How do i get it off? I've tried nail polish remover, it got some of it off. I've also tried makeup remover, soap and water, i tried scratching it off ( i was out of ideas xD ) Its getting on my nerves really bad, any idea's?|||they have hair color remover wipes, you can get them at the drugstore, itll probably be located near the color oops stuff. sorry i cant think of any particular brands but they definitely have them so give it a go.|||you have to scrub really hard!! But it will take a while for it to come off thats why you should always cover your hands and have someone do it for you|||Sometimes you just gotta let it fade for a few days :(
