How to remove red sharpie from the nindento?

I put on red sharpie on my ds to make it look cool but it got all blurry! I want to remover it!!!!! I try nail polish remover and it only help a little and germ-x didn't help at all! PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!|||Regular isopropyl rubbing alcohol 70% will work but 90% works better to get out so called 'permanent' sharpie ink. Let it soak for about a minute then start wiping a little with a soft cloth also soaked in rubbing alcohol.|||Spray some hairspray on a clean cloth %26amp; wipe gently until the red is gone. Use as much hairspray as needed. Once the red is gone, use a clean cloth, slightly dampened with cold water to remove the residue. Hairspray will also remove ink stains from clothing %26amp; most fabrics.|||Try using tooth paste. Scrub it on a small spot to see if it works. My wife says that is what they use in her class room.
