I dyed my naturally dark blonde hair permanent dark brown 5 months ago, however today I dyed it a permanent deep plum red amd beacause my roots were lighter, it has come out bright red at the roots and black everywhere else. Was wondering if scott cornwall hair colour remover was any good? And what colour to expect my hair to come out after? And can I dye straight on top of this?|||Ive used this and HATED IT! tbh i think the reviews on the boots website are fake..
i had natural blonde hair then used a dark brown dye, kept it for a month then decided to try scott cornwalls colour remover, i followed the instructions completely and the colour didnt lift at all, not in the slightest :| and it definately does not leave your hair in "amazing condition" like that girl above said, it left my hair really dry and horrible.. and my hair was healthy and sikly before hand.. it also took it 2 deep conditioning treaments to get it back to normal again, which wouldnt be bad if it worked! :(
if you do decide to still use this, yes you can dye straight on top.|||Hi, ive used Scott Cornwall extra strength hair remover and it is amazing!! i dyed my hair (light brown naturally) black 5 times then red twice resulting in black with a red tinge. I used one application of the hair colour remover (leave it on for 1 hour it gives better results) and my hair was back to its natural colour but with a slight brassy tinge but it looked great :D. Your hair should go back to dark blonde no problem though! If one application does not get all out then 2 boxes may be needed (though i used only one box and i have very long thick hair). Your hair will be left in amazing condition too. If you are unsure of anything Scott Cornwall has a facebook page search for him using this "Scott Cornwall Hair Expert" GOOD LUCK :D x
