My hair is red and i wont to go back to a blonde colour i am goin to buy colour remover should i then bleach?

ok basically my hair is red and i wont to go back to some tone of blonde. I am going to buy a colour remover should i then bleach and after a while dye my hair a blonde colour plus using a toner or should i use the colour remover and then go straight to a blonde dye and toner?|||its best if you go and ask your hairdresser as its very hard getting red out of your hair. my sister had trouble getting it out and she dyed it and it went ginger colour. i would say is go a light colour then again do another light one then go blonde but its best going the hairdressers|||I would advise going to the hair dresser to get the red out of your hair - otherwise your going to have to D.I.Y bleach your hair with 40 Vol peroxide 2 or maybe even 3 times, at that stage your hair will be extremely damaged. Go to the hairdressers and tell them to remove the red (not with bleach). Stripping hair also damages it, so wait a while and use intensive conditioner (eg. Aussi 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner) for a week or so, then your ready to bleach your hair. If you want a very light blonde colour fast, i'd recommend using 40 vol peroxide on your hair. If you don't want to damage your hair alot with 40 vol peroxide, use 15/20 vol peroxide in 3/4 sessions spread out over a few days. Your hair should be less damaged and this way you can stop at a shade of blonde you like.
